Hagley Place

Hagley Place is a residential care home accommodating up to 60 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 58 residents were living in the purpose-built two-storey facility. Staff provide both personal care and nursing support.

People received safe, timely care from sufficient staff who responded promptly to their needs. Residents' medicines were administered when needed, with proper systems in place for storage and management. Staff kept people safe and protected them from avoidable harm through their attentive approach to care delivery.
