Four Rivers Nursing Home

Four Rivers is a residential nursing home accommodating up to 40 people across four self-contained units. At inspection, 39 people were receiving personal and nursing care, including those living with dementia. People and their relatives spoke positively about the care provided. One resident said, "I love all the staff. I am very happy here," while a relative commented, "The staff are incredible and they have transformed my [relative's] life." The provider had implemented improvements to the service.
