The provider invested in professional fogging services and purchased equipment for staff to use, ensuring thorough cleaning and disinfection of the premises.
Staff received comprehensive infection control training with competency assessments, and hand hygiene practices were regularly observed to maintain standards. A visitor management system was also in place.
