Greensleeves Residential Care Home

Greensleeves is a residential care home accommodating up to 21 people across two floors, with communal areas and outside space. At inspection, 19 people were living there. The home features several communal spaces and outdoor areas for residents to use.

The registered manager had implemented adaptations to support social distancing, including reconfiguring furniture arrangements and adjusting staff deployment. Activities were modified to maintain distance between residents, and the manager made the decision to discontinue shared bedroom accommodation to enhance privacy and safety.
