Parkfield House

Parkfield House is a residential care home providing personal care to one person. The service is built around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. During the inspection, the home delivered safe care with continual assessment of risks to the person's health and safety, both within their home environment and when accessing the community and its facilities.
