Greenlane House provides personal care for up to 28 people, primarily older adults some living with dementia. At inspection, 22 people were using the service. The home maintains a warm and welcoming atmosphere where staff engage kindly with residents.

People and relatives praised the friendly environment and described staff as helpful and caring.

Residents receive individualised support tailored to their personal preferences. The home offers a good range of activities and supports people's involvement in the local community to promote social inclusion. There are sufficient staff to meet people's care needs, which are properly assessed to ensure appropriate support.
