About Saivi House

Saivi House is a residential care home in Enfield, providing personal care and support for people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Saivi House is a care home providing personal care and support to a small number of people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions. The CQC carried out an unannounced assessment after concerns were raised about management, documentation, staffing and quality of care, alongside a local authority safeguarding investigation. Inspectors found the home continued to be rated Good overall.

Staff were found to be kind, attentive and skilled, with good understanding of people's individual communication needs and safe medicines support. Feedback from relatives was mostly positive, though one relative felt communication could improve, and some felt there could be more engagement in activities.
