Granville Court provides accommodation, nursing, and personal care to people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service operates across three separate bungalows and a main building with administrative offices, supporting up to 20 residents. At the time of inspection, 14 people were living at the service.

Staff demonstrated creativity in supporting residents through changes, such as creating personalised scrubs aligned with individual interests and preferences to reduce anxiety. Staff reported feeling well supported through regular supervision and small team meetings that encouraged open communication and collaborative problem-solving within teams.
