Southfields House

Southfields House provides residential care for up to 45 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 23 residents were living in the purpose-built home, which offers communal dining and lounge spaces for meals and socialising. People and their families described the care as good, with staff treating residents with dignity and respect. Staff demonstrated a caring and compassionate approach, respecting people's diversity and individual needs while providing discreet support. Residents were encouraged to maintain contact with relatives and friends and had access to a wide range of activities. Staff understood safeguarding procedures and knew how to raise concerns appropriately. Residents reported feeling safe in the home.
