Grange Nursing Home

This nursing home provides personal and nursing care to up to 32 people, with 24 residents at the time of inspection. Staff assessed risks and created plans to guide safe management of identified areas of concern. However, records monitoring risk were not consistently completed to demonstrate that people received the safe care intended for them.

The systems in place to monitor quality and safety were not always used effectively and failed to identify and mitigate risks or drive improvements. During the inspection, people appeared comfortable and happy in the presence of staff.
