Elderholme Nursing Home

This care home provides personal and nursing care to up to 64 residents, including specialist support for people requiring ventilation or tracheostomy care. The home also offers short-term assessment and reablement support. At the time of inspection, all 64 beds were occupied, with three residents identified as having a learning disability or autism.
