Twelve Trees Residential Care Home

Twelve Trees Residential Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 34 older people, some of whom are living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, all 34 places were occupied. The CQC rated the service good overall, maintaining the rating it received under the previous methodology.

Inspectors found people felt safe, well cared for and confident to raise concerns, with enough staff available to meet their needs without rushing. People and relatives were involved in care planning, kept informed, and supported to make their own choices, with access to activities and the local community that promoted independence and wellbeing.
