Grace Care Centre

Grace Care Centre, in South Gloucestershire, provides care for up to 51 older people, some living with dementia. The CQC rated the home outstanding overall, an improvement on its previous good rating, following an assessment that examined all quality areas of the service.

Inspectors found exceptionally person-centred care, with strong, passionate leadership and a culture built on transparency and inclusion. People felt safe, were supported to take positive risks and pursue meaningful activities, and staff were described by families as compassionate and dedicated. Robust governance ensured shortfalls were identified and addressed, and the home had strong links with its local community.
