Gower Gardens Residential Care Home

Gower Gardens Residential Care Home provides personal care for up to 66 people, supporting older people, people with physical disabilities, and those living with dementia. At inspection, 39 people were using the service. The home is housed in one adapted building over three floors, with lounges and dining areas on each floor, plus a cinema room and garden for residents to access.

The registered manager understood their responsibility to notify CQC of incidents, though there were delays in notifying two incidents. People, staff and relatives spoke positively about the management team and felt able to raise concerns with them.
