Butterfly House provides personal care for up to two people with a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder. At inspection, one person lived at the home. The service promotes choice, control and independence, focusing on helping the person gain new skills and become more independent whilst having opportunities for inclusion in the community.

Staff know how to report concerns of abuse and manage risks to keep the person safe. There are sufficient numbers of staff in place with recruitment ongoing to maintain consistency of care. Medicines are managed safely, and staff have received appropriate training and supervision to support the person effectively.
