Glover House provides residential care for up to eight younger adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical or sensory support needs. At the time of inspection, three people were living at the service, all with complex needs. One person used sign-assisted language to communicate.

Staff support people to live meaningful lives with choice, control, and independence.

Residents and their relatives expressed positive views of the care provided. One resident said, "I'm good here and I'm happy here," while a relative commented, "I think the staff at Glover House are excellent and so I never have to worry about my family member. " People receive safe care and support from adequately staffed teams with appropriate knowledge and skills.

The home has safe recruitment practices in place and supports people to use medicines safely. People are safeguarded from abuse.
