Glanmore

Glanmore provides accommodation and nursing or personal care for up to seven people, currently supporting six residents. The service cares for people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, or mental health conditions. The home is designed to enable residents to live full lives with meaningful control, choice, and independence, supporting them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
