Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, respect and dignity, supported to maintain relationships and given genuine choice in their care.

People were safe and protected from avoidable harm, with staff recruited safely and trained appropriately, though some improvements were needed in medicines management. Leadership was described as visible and supportive, though shortfalls remained in documenting mental capacity assessments and best interest decisions. Families spoke highly of staff and felt kept informed and involved.
