One relative described the care as "exemplary" with "exceptional" facilities and staff who are "nothing short of amazing. " A community professional noted that each visit had been positive and clients reported happiness living there.

Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and kept people safe while listening to their concerns. The premises maintained high hygiene standards with staff following best practice infection prevention guidelines including COVID-19 protocols.

Medicines systems operated well-organised procedures ensuring people received prescribed medications appropriately. The service maintained adequate staffing levels, with all staff thoroughly assessed for suitability and fitness to work in the care environment.
