Albert Suites at Battersea Place

Albert Suites at Battersea Place provides personal care with nursing for up to 30 older people. At the time of inspection, eight people were living at the home. Residents and their relatives reported feeling safe and well cared for, expressing satisfaction with the care they received.

However, inspectors identified concerns in the service's management since the previous inspection. Recent management changes and planned restructuring had affected staff morale and the provider's engagement with staff, impacting some aspects of quality. These organisational shifts appeared to have created challenges within the team that required attention to maintain the standard of care residents were experiencing.
