Frindsbury House

Frindsbury House supports up to 23 people with physical disabilities including Huntington's disease and learning disabilities. At inspection, 22 people were receiving care at the service. Residents were consistently positive about their experience, with one saying "I feel good living here" and another stating "The staff do a good job." People described feeling safe, with one noting "I am safe because the carers care for us. If I have little worries, the staff talk to me."

Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding awareness and the provider followed safe recruitment practices. Residents were actively encouraged to pursue their interests, maintain relationships that mattered to them, and feel part of their local community. Staff prioritized supporting people's choices while promoting and maintaining their independence, understanding the importance of both autonomy and appropriate support.
