Avenues South East provides residential care and support for three people with learning disabilities, including those with autism and communication difficulties. The registered manager provides good leadership, ensuring staff remain focused on delivering quality care and support. People and staff are actively encouraged to provide feedback about the service, with their suggestions used to implement meaningful improvements.
