Freshfields

Freshfields provides nursing and personal care for up to 35 people with physical disabilities in a purpose-built, ground-floor facility. At inspection, 23 residents were living at the home.

The service had made significant improvements since the previous inspection. Systems and processes had been overhauled to address previous regulatory breaches and enhance safety and quality of care. The provider was working to demonstrate these improvements were embedded and sustained across all aspects of service delivery.
