About Freestones Residential Care Home

Freestones provides accommodation and personal care for up to 20 older people and those living with dementia. During inspection, 17 people were living at the service. Staff had implemented safe visitor arrangements including a booking system, rapid LFD testing, evidence of vaccination checks, temperature monitoring, and sign-in procedures. The home used isolation, cohorting, and zoning strategies to manage infection control risks and protect vulnerable residents.
