Freelands Croft Care Home

Freelands Croft Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 64 older people, including those living with dementia, across two floors in a purpose-built building. At inspection, 56 people were using the service. The home had effective procedures in place to prevent and control infection, and the provider protected people's rights when they lacked capacity to make decisions about their care. People achieved good outcomes from the care, support and treatment they received.
