Bourley Grange

Bourley Grange is a care home with nursing for older people, younger adults and those living with dementia, accommodating up to 60 people across four units. The CQC assessed the service after concerns about how falls and skin breakdown risks were managed, and found improvements had been made, with further staff training and stronger daily monitoring in place.

Inspectors found a warm, welcoming environment where staff knew people well and treated them with kindness and respect. People and relatives said they felt safe and were involved in decisions about their care. The service is rated Good overall.
