Marlborough House provides nursing care for up to 40 older people across two floors with lift access. Bedrooms include ensuite toilets and hand basins, with some featuring ensuite showers, and there is a wheelchair accessible garden.

The home ensures people can maintain safe visitor contact in line with national policy. Visitor care plans help meet residents' social contact needs, with relatives pre-booking appointments. All visitors, including relatives, contractors and professionals, complete lateral flow tests before entry and follow the provider's infection control guidance to prevent the spread of infection.
