Forest Place Nursing Home

Forest Place Nursing Home accommodates up to 90 people requiring nursing or personal care across three separate units: Meadway, Stradbroke, and Amberley. The service supports older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 63 people were using the service.

Suitable arrangements were in place to keep people safe, with staff following safeguarding procedures and understanding these processes. Risks to people were identified and managed to prevent unsafe care. Medicine arrangements ensured people received their prescribed medication safely, with staff demonstrating safe practice in this area.
