Forest Haven

Forest Haven is a care home that accommodates a maximum of 5 people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, 4 people were living in the home. The service provides accommodation and support tailored to the needs of individuals with learning disabilities, with a focus on ensuring people have choices, dignity, and independence in their daily lives. Staff work to support residents' access to their local communities and maintain connections to activities and interests that matter to them.
