Homewards Limited - 20 Leonard Road

This service provides accommodation with personal care for up to three people with learning disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, currently supporting two residents. Relatives describe their family members as safe, with clean facilities and good standards of hygiene maintained throughout. Staff have adequate personal protective equipment and understand safeguarding procedures, knowing how to report suspected abuse, accidents and incidents appropriately. Risk assessments are in place to protect residents from identified dangers.
