The home followed current government guidelines to reduce COVID-19 infection risk, implementing comprehensive health checks for all visitors and staff upon arrival. The provider maintained adequate supplies of personal protective equipment and cleaning materials, with daily cleaning schedules that covered high-touch areas including door handles and bannisters.
