Cottingley Hall Care Home

Cottingley Hall Care Home provides personal and nursing care to a maximum of 40 people in a single adapted building. At the time of inspection, 35 people were using the service.

Inspectors identified shortfalls affecting safety and quality of care, linked to recent management changes that weakened leadership at provider level. These gaps in governance meant issues were not caught internally before the inspection. However, feedback from people and relatives was overwhelmingly positive about the care received. Staff spoke positively of the new manager who had recently transferred to oversee the service.
