FitzRoy - Teddington

Fitzroy-Teddington provides personal care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities across two separate buildings, supporting up to fourteen people in total. At the time of inspection, twelve people were using the service, with eight in the care home and four in supported living arrangements.

People received high quality, responsive, person-centred care with their needs regularly reviewed and recorded in care and support plans. Residents had choices, pursued their interests and hobbies, and led very active social lives. Relatives and staff praised the home's transparent and honest management, with an open, positive culture evident throughout. People and their relatives received timely information that enabled them to make informed decisions, and complaints were recorded and properly investigated.
