The pod is accessed externally, meaning visitors need not enter the main care home building. A commercial online booking app allows relatives to schedule visits directly, reducing administrative burden on staff while enabling convenient access for families. This system has proven extremely popular in supporting the wellbeing of residents and their loved ones.
