Fern House provides accommodation for up to six people with learning disabilities, delivering personal care in a home designed around values of choice, independence and inclusion. At the time of the inspection, five people were using the service. One person was accessing the service for the first time, and staff supported each individual according to their specific needs and preferences.

The service emphasises enabling residents to live as ordinarily as possible, with staff working to promote their autonomy and full participation in community life.
