Felbury House

Felbury House provides personal care to up to 30 people with physical disabilities, older age-related needs, and frailty. At the time of inspection, 29 residents were using the service.

The home lacked robust oversight and governance, with leadership failing to effectively identify concerns in medicines management and recruitment systems. Staff reported a culture of unfairness and favouritism that provider measures had not adequately addressed. Feedback about activities was mixed, with participation varying among residents.
