Limegrove

Limegrove provides residential care and personal support for up to 55 older people, including those living with dementia or age-related conditions. The service spans five living areas across three floors, each with its own lounge and dining room. At inspection, 41 residents were living at the home.

While some residents reported that staff responded promptly to their needs and inspectors' observations confirmed timely responses to call bells, staff described feeling rushed and said they lacked time to spend with residents. Staff rotas revealed that staffing levels fell below required amounts on several occasions, creating potential risks despite call bell audits showing adequate response times.
