Famille House

Famille House is a residential care home providing personal care to 11 people at the time of inspection, with capacity for up to 16 people who have a learning disability and sensory impairment. The service is accommodated across two floors in a residential building and delivers person-centred support designed to enable people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.

Care and support at the home was safe, with staff demonstrating knowledge of how to keep people safe from avoidable harm and abuse. Risks associated with people's care were assessed and regularly reviewed to reflect changing support needs. People's medicines were managed safely, and the service was supported by well-trained and experienced staff.
