Fairways

Fairways provides accommodation and care for up to eight adults with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs. The home maintains close contact between residents and their relatives, and the environment is clean and well ventilated. Staff demonstrate strong understanding of individual communication needs, enabling them to explain important information such as pandemic safety measures in ways residents understand. This tailored approach has helped reduce anxiety while keeping people safe.
