Fairmont Residential Limited

Fairmont Residential Limited is a care home supporting up to seven people with learning disabilities. At inspection, all seven places were occupied.

Staff demonstrated thoughtful approaches to supporting residents during the pandemic. They used pictorials and social stories to help people understand how Covid-19 affected their daily lives, explaining why staff wore face masks and describing the testing process in accessible ways. Clear pictorial guidance was also displayed throughout communal areas to help residents understand and follow social distancing rules.
