Fairfield House

Grazebrook Homes is a residential care home supporting nine people with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and adults over 65 years old. At the time of inspection, eight people lived at the home.

People spoke highly of staff and felt safe in the home. There were enough staff available, and residents felt that staff knew them well. The home recruits staff safely and ensures people receive their medicines as expected.
