Grazebrook Homes at 39 Adshead Road provides personal care to six residents, with capacity for up to nine people. The service supports people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals, ensuring they receive respect, equality, dignity and the ability to make choices and maintain independence. Staff focus on enabling residents to access their local communities and participate in activities that most people take for granted.
