This service provides accommodation with personal care for eight people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, seven people were living there. Inspectors found several areas requiring attention, including fire safety risks and repairs needed throughout the environment. Garden areas also needed maintenance to enhance living spaces. Auditing had not effectively identified actions to improve staff supervision, increase training uptake in necessary areas, or manage individual one-to-one support hours properly.

However, the area manager and home manager responded quickly to concerns, taking action by day two to address training, supervision, and fire risks. People received care tailored to their individual needs and wishes, with relatives actively involved in planning and reviewing care. Both residents and family members shared very positive comments about the staff and support provided. Staff demonstrated good knowledge of the people they supported and responded well to changes in their needs.
