Eversleigh Nursing Home, in Warwickshire, provides nursing care and accommodation for older people, including those living with other conditions, across a three-storey adapted building for around 34 people. The CQC rated the home Requires Improvement overall, finding it breached regulations relating to safety, premises and equipment, and governance.

Inspectors found weak medicines management, with stock discrepancies and some medicines not given according to guidance, along with fire door faults and infection control concerns. Care plans lacked sufficient detail, staff practice did not always protect people's dignity, and quality assurance systems had failed to identify these problems. Views from people and relatives on staffing levels and cleanliness were mixed.
