Staff were trained, understood people's needs and managed risks well, and there were enough of them to provide safe, consistent care.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and supported to make their own choices. Care was tailored to individual needs, with good communication between staff and involvement of other professionals. People and relatives felt safe, well cared for, and confident raising concerns, and management had strengthened oversight to embed lasting improvements.
