Evergreen

Evergreen provides personal care for up to eight people, with six residents at the time of inspection. Staff communicate with people in ways that meet their individual needs, focusing on helping them live fulfilling and meaningful lives. People receive support to achieve their aspirations and goals, with staff enabling maximum choice and control while supporting them in the least restrictive way possible.

People receive care from kind and compassionate staff who protect and respect their privacy and dignity. Medicines are stored and administered safely, and infection prevention and control practices reflect current guidance. The home's policies and systems support person-centered practice and best interests decision-making.
