Cricklade House accommodates up to four people with learning disabilities and autism in a residential area. At the time of inspection, four people were living there. Visits were carefully planned with procedures to consider individual needs and keep people safe.

On arrival, visitors had temperature checks, used personal protective equipment, and regularly sanitised or washed their hands.

Relatives were kept up to date about risks and how people were staying safe at the home. The service demonstrated good practice in managing safety protocols and maintaining communication with families about residents' wellbeing and protection measures.
