Esmer House provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with Prader-Willi syndrome, learning disabilities and/or autism, with five residents at the time of inspection. The large detached two-storey building features individual bedrooms, communal living areas, and a garden, with 24-hour support available.

Residents and their relatives gave exceptional feedback about the service, describing high quality person-centred care. Staff supported people in creative and innovative ways to help them safely manage their prescribed medicines independently. The home maintained a genuinely open culture where all safety concerns raised by residents and families were highly valued and integral to the service.
