Elysium Care Partnerships Limited provides accommodation for up to 8 adults with learning disabilities and autistic people. At the time of inspection, all 8 people were living at the service.

Inspectors found that medicines were not always managed safely, with monitoring systems not effectively implemented. While decisions affecting people were made in their best interests, assessments and formal agreements for restrictions were not always recorded. The home was clean but lacked sufficient stimulation and interactive features to fully meet residents' needs.

Staff did support people to make choices and pursue their interests, promoting independence where possible. The service was not able to demonstrate how it was meeting all underpinning principles required for supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
