Elstree View Care Home

Elstree View Care Home provides residential care for up to 81 people across three floors, with a specialised dementia unit known as the reminiscence floor. At inspection, 48 people were living at the home.

Residents reported being happy with the care they received. Overall risks were identified and managed effectively, with medicines handled safely and strong safeguarding systems in place to protect people from abuse. Staff worked effectively within infection control procedures. The inspection identified one area for improvement regarding support during outings, for which the provider received a recommendation.
